Overview

At Zen Combat International, we're committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.


Primary Carriers

We ship the majority of our orders through our two primary carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) — Used for standard domestic shipping, including First-Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express options.
  • UPS (United Parcel Service) — Used for ground, expedited, and heavier shipments where reliability and tracking are critical.

Carrier selection is determined by package weight, destination, and delivery speed at the time of fulfillment. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and do not include weekends or holidays.


Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products in our catalog — including custom-printed apparel and branded merchandise — are fulfilled through Printful and other direct-to-garment (DTG) print-on-demand partners.

For these items, please note:

  • Fulfillment is handled directly by our print partner, not from our primary warehouse.
  • Processing time may be longer — typically 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on the item and print queue.
  • Shipping carriers may vary — Printful and similar partners use their own carrier network, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional carriers depending on your location and the item ordered.
  • Separate shipments — If your order contains both in-stock warehouse items and print-on-demand items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
  • Tracking — You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

We work with reputable fulfillment partners to ensure quality and timely delivery, but please allow additional time for print-on-demand orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website:

For Printful-fulfilled orders, tracking will be provided via the same shipping confirmation email.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale and B2B orders may have different shipping timelines and carrier arrangements. Please contact your account representative for shipping details specific to your account.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@zencombatshop.com.
